License Agreement
This Commercial Use License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Cool Copy Club, ("Licensor") and the purchaser ("Licensee") of the White Label Website Copy Template ("Template").

These Terms are subject to change by Cool Copy Club, without prior written notice at any time, in our sole discretion. Any changes to the Terms will be in effect immediately as posted.

By purchasing the White Label Website Copy Template, you affirm that you are of legal age to enter into this agreement, and you accept and are bound by these terms and conditions. You affirm that if you place an order on behalf of an organization or company, you have the legal authority to bind any such organization or company to these terms and conditions.

1. Grant of License
1.1. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Licensor grants the Licensee a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use, modify, and adapt the Template for the Licensee’s business purposes.

You have the rights to use the White Label Copywriting Template both for you own copy and to assist your clients in writing website copy and content for themselves.

You understand and agree that you are prohibited to use or sell the White Label Website Copy Template in a manner that competes with Cool Copy Club's business in selling copywriting templates.

2. Permitted Uses
2.1. The Licensee may:
Use the Template to create website content for the Licensee’s own business or for the business of paying clients.
Modify and adapt the Template as necessary to suit the Licensee’s needs or the needs of the Licensee’s clients.

3. Restrictions
3.1. The Licensee may not:
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Template, or any derivative works based on the Template, as a stand-alone product.
Offer the Template, or any derivative works based on the Template, as a free resource to non-paying clients, colleagues, or any third party.
Claim ownership of the Template or any unmodified portion thereof.

4. Ownership
4.1. The Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Template, including all intellectual property rights.

5. Termination
5.1. This Agreement is effective upon purchase of the Template and remains in effect until terminated. The Licensee’s rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from the Licensor if the Licensee fails to comply with any terms of this Agreement.

6. Refunds
6.1 Due to the nature of the license and products you are purchasing, there is a strict no refund policy for this or any Cool Copy Club products. We do not tolerate or accept any type of chargeback from your credit card company, Paypal, or Stripe.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
7.1. The Template is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Licensor does not warrant that the Template will meet the Licensee’s requirements or that the operation of the Template will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, or lost information) rising out of the Licensee’s use of or inability to use the Template, even if the Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing Law
9.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Entire Agreement
10.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter.
